5.2 Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on the courier partner and destination. Delays beyond our control do not entitle you to compensation.
5.3 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect the package upon receipt and report damages/shortages within 48 hours.
5.4 International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes payable by the recipient.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
6.2 We accept multiple secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
6.3 Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of checkout.
6.4 We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors even after an order is placed.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
7.1 Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery, with items unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
7.2 Custom-made, clearance, and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
7.3 Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
7.4 If a replacement product is unavailable, we may issue store credit instead.
7.5 Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation are not covered.
8. Product Descriptions & Variations
8.1 We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to natural materials or screen settings.
8.2 Such variations do not qualify as defects or grounds for return.
9. Intellectual Property
